We are slowly but surely getting settled and I know I need to post a few pics for you.... and I can't wait to do that... BUT I don't want to put any pics on until there are a few less boxes.... tomorrow - I will get one of the kitchen and LR up....

It has been a busy few weeks....

Camryn had to have a freckle removed from her face last week... it appeared this summer - out of the blue and it has doubled in size already and was very dark.... so I took her in to have it looked at and he wanted to take it off.... testing came back and it was fine.... and now it is off her face... there was a need for a coupe of stitches... so we went today and had those removed.....

We had a wedding, Melissa and Sam, in the midst of the move too... Melissa is one of Dean's cousins... and she was a candle lighter in our wedding 13 years ago....

Melissa and her dad walking down the isle...

Mel and Sam at the alter....

Colby had his last 2 baseball games and had some soccer in the last few weeks....

Sliding into 2nd base....

A little pitching....

Colby saving a goal....

But he did hit his head on goal post...

Camryn has had soccer as well....

A little pushing...

and shoving..... oops..... can we say aggressive?!?!

a break away...

stopping the ball...

and she is off....

We have had our second book club meeting - we read The Shack by David Gregory - very interesting... it was a little hard to get through in the middle - but it was a great book and we also went to Robust in Webster Groves for dinner.... so much fun!! I am in charge of book club this month and we are reading - The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks.... so far so good... you should read it with us!

We did a little pumpkin carving this week too..... Colby painted his pumpkin black with a green inside... it turned out really cool... (if you look at these pics closely you can see some of our house on the inside... click on them and make them bigger)

Camryn having fun!

Not liking the insides!

Colby getting the insides out... he has always liked this!

drawing his very own pumpkin face....

digging for guts!

Also had to get ourselves to the movies last Friday to see High School Musical 3 - and boy was it ever so cute!!!

So as you can see things have been a little busy!!! They should start to settle down soon....

Yes, busy seems to be the theme of the week! We will also carve pumpkins tomorrow, so much of my time has been spent working at the nursing home and then trying to juggle mommyhood! Your pics were awesome, especially of the kids' games!
